Terms And Conditions Agreement for JBL Prep Master
Welcome to JBL Prep Master. The JBL Prep Master software, platform, and associated tools (collectively referred to as the “Service”) are operated by JBL Software Limited. By accessing or using JBL Prep Master, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
1. License Grant and Use of Service
1.1. JBL Software Limited grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use JBL Prep Master strictly in accordance with these Terms.
1.2. The Service is intended solely for use by individuals and organizations to streamline inventory and prep management for eCommerce platforms, including Amazon.
1.3. You may not resell, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent from JBL Software Limited.
